Session Questions
- Opt for lighter-coloured, tight-fitting clothing (e.g., leggings, fitted tops, or athletic wear) made from thin materials. This allows better penetration of infrared light and collagen-boosting effects during the vacuum treads and body roller sessions.
- Socks are mandatory on the Body Roller machine for hygiene reasons. Socks available instore.
- This takes place in a private room, so you can feel comfortable wearing minimal clothing. Lighter-colour Swimwear (such as a bikini or one-piece) is a great option if you prefer some coverage while allowing maximum skin exposure for the red light and sauna benefits.
- The MedWave combination effects the glucose level while restoring these functions. Clients on weight-loss and/or Diabetic medication should ensure they have eaten prior to a session for the best results and experience.
- A dehydrated body cannot sweat effectively → this reduces cooling, detox benefits, and increases risk of overheating, dizziness, or discomfort. Hydrate well in advance to avoid this.
- Staying properly hydrated is essential before, during, and after your sauna session to help your body recover from the heat and sweating. Drink plenty of water throughout the process.
- Consider adding an extra hydration supplement (such as electrolytes) to replenish minerals lost through sweat — this can make a big difference in how you feel afterward.
